Yesterday, Sept 1st, I received a message from both Terry and Judy that the "class book" has been handed off to the printer. It is over 200 pages and contains all the bios and pictures Judy and Betty have received over the last four months. It promises to be a good read since many of our classmates have done some pretty remarkable things over the last 50 years.

August 21 will be the final meeting for the 50th Reunion committee to get their "stuff" together before the big event in September. The meeting will be in our "regular" place, upstairs at Ristorante Rocca (on Broadway) Friday, at 11:45.

There are still a few people missing, but everyone has done a remarkable job of reaching as many as we have. Hopefully, some who indicated they "might" come will join the rest of us and we will reach our goal of 200. We're close, so if you know someone who "might" come, give them a call and remind them...it's next month!!

FLASH...The latest version of the web site was just loaded. Version 8.2.0, the one with more music, a slide show on page one, and...yes, a guest book (in the CONTACTS section). Come on by and say "HI"!

It's August 6th and the latest website update has just been completed. There is a quite a bit of new information there. Follow the arrows at the bottom of the home page and enjoy reading a little Burlingame history and more pages detailing the planned Friday events.

Can you believe that a copy of Hal's menu was one of the mementos recently found and is now featured on the last page of the "scrapbook" section on the web site? See for yourself—fries, 25 cents!! Pass the catsup, please!!

A number of newspaper articles have been received. Since small type is difficult to read on the web site, a PDF Scrapbook download section will soon be available on the web site (much like the grammar school photo section) which will include photos, news clippings and perhaps an issue or two of the "B".
